Getting started

Moji AI turns photos you provide into AI-generated influencer-style images and videos. Create an account, choose a feature such as Create Avatar, Virtual Try-On, Hug Video, or Brand UGC, add a photo from your library or camera, and describe what you want generated.

The first time you add a photo, the app shows a disclosure explaining that your photo is sent to fal.ai, a third-party AI service, for processing. You must tap Agree & Continue before any photo is accessed or uploaded. Tapping Not Now cancels, and you can keep using features that do not require a photo.

Credits and subscriptions

Generations consume credits. Your balance is shown in the app, and subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. A generation that fails or is blocked does not consume credits — if you believe you were charged for a generation you did not receive, email us and we will restore the balance.

To manage or cancel a subscription, open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Moji AI. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Content rules

Moji AI screens every generation request. Requests that sexualize a minor are refused outright, on your device, before anything is sent to any server — this is never permitted for any reason. We also block sexually explicit content involving real people without consent, graphic violence, hateful content, and clearly illegal activity. If you believe a request was blocked in error, email us with a description of what you were trying to create.

Your photos and your data

Photos are only accessed when you select or capture one. They are used solely to generate the content you asked for. We do not perform facial recognition, do not create biometric templates or faceprints, and never use your photos for advertising, identification, or model training. Deleting content or your account

You can delete any generated item at any time from your content library in the app. To delete your entire account, open Settings inside the app and choose Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, uploaded photos, and generated content. If you cannot access the app, email us from your account address and we will delete it for you.

Troubleshooting

A generation failed. Check your network connection and try again. Credits are refunded automatically for failed generations.

The app cannot open my camera or photo library. Open the iOS Settings app, find Moji AI, and confirm that Camera and Photos access are enabled.

My credits or subscription are not showing. Make sure you are signed in with the same account used at purchase, then use Restore Purchases in the app's settings.
