Privacy Policy

Thinkforce LLC

Last updated: June 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Thinkforce LLC ("ThinkForce", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the ThinkForce platform, websites, mobile applications, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information: your email address, display name, and organization/company details when you create an account.
  • Content & files: the prompts, instructions, documents, images, and other files you submit, and the outputs your agents generate.
  • Connected-account data: when you connect a third-party account (e.g. a social or messaging platform), we store the access/refresh tokens and minimal profile identifiers needed to act on your behalf (see Section 4).
  • Credentials you store: API keys and login secrets you add to the encrypted Credentials Vault.
  • Usage data: feature interactions, mission activity, agent runs, logs, and diagnostic/crash data used to operate and improve the Service.
  • Payment information: subscription and purchase records. Payments are handled by third-party processors (e.g. Stripe, Apple); we do not store full payment-card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service and its features.
  • To run the AI agents, missions, and integrations you initiate, including model inference and media generation.
  • To take actions on the third-party accounts you connect, at your direction.
  • To manage your account, subscription, and credit balance.
  • To send service-related communications (e.g. mission completion, account notices).
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. Third-Party Services

To deliver the Service, we transmit relevant data to third-party providers that process it on our behalf or under their own terms, including:

  • AI model providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) — to process inference requests for your tasks.
  • Media-generation providers — to generate images, audio, video, and 3D assets you request.
  • Cloud infrastructure (e.g. Google Firebase) — for authentication, database, and file storage.
  • Social & messaging platforms you connect (e.g. TikTok, X, Instagram/Meta, Slack, Telegram) — to perform the actions you direct.
  • Payment processors (e.g. Stripe, Apple) — to handle billing.

Your use of these integrations is also governed by the respective provider's privacy policy.

4. Connected Accounts & Credentials

When you connect a third-party account via OAuth, we store the resulting access and refresh tokens (and a minimal account identifier) so your agents can perform the actions you initiate — for example, uploading a post you asked an agent to publish. Secrets you place in the Credentials Vault are encrypted at rest. We access connected-account data only to operate the Service at your direction. You may disconnect an account or delete stored credentials at any time, which revokes our ability to act on that account going forward.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only: (a) with the third-party providers described above to operate the Service; (b) with members of your own organization/company as part of collaborative features you enable; (c) when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service; and (d) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to this Policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can delete content, credentials, and connected accounts from within the Service; deleting your account removes associated data, subject to backups and legal retention requirements.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption of stored credentials and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. You may also manage much of your data directly in the Service.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International Users

We operate in the United States, and your information may be processed there and in other countries where our providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws than your own. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
