Moji AI - AI Influencer Pro
Last updated: September 7, 2026

ABC Shuttle Corporation (we, us, or our) operates Moji AI (the App). This policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, who receives it, and your choices. Reading this policy or using the App is not, by itself, permission to send your personal content to a third-party AI service.

1. Information we collect and how

  • Account information: Email address, display name, account identifier, and profile details you provide during registration or account use.
  • Prompts and avatar details: Instructions you enter, avatar names, handles, biographies, persona descriptions, and generation settings.
  • Chat content: Messages you send, AI replies, and conversation context used to continue a conversation.
  • Photos, videos, and audio: Files you select from your device, capture through an App camera option, or choose from saved content for generation, editing, animation, motion-reference, or audio-to-video features. This can include identifiable faces and voices.
  • Generated content: AI outputs, associated file references, and generation or task records.
  • Purchase and usage information: Subscription status, purchase identifiers, credit balance, feature interactions, device and diagnostic information. Apple processes App Store payments; we do not receive your full payment-card details.
  • Communications: Information you provide when contacting support or using optional connected features.

Photo-library and camera access is controlled by your device permissions and actions. The App does not take photos in the background. A device permission allows access to a file or camera; it is not a substitute for permission to share content with an AI provider.

2. Third-party AI processing: data, recipients, and purposes

Image, video, and audio-based generation - fal.ai

fal.ai (Features & Labels Inc.) receives your generation prompt, selected input photos, video or audio when the feature uses them, file URLs or references, and generation settings. It uses these inputs to generate or edit content, animate images, follow motion references, upscale content, and perform provider-side safety checks. Text-only requests still send your prompt. Selecting an already-saved asset can send that asset or its URL again; sharing is not limited to the first upload.

The model and processing path depend on the chosen feature. The App integrates fal.ai endpoints for Google (Gemini/Veo), OpenAI (GPT Image), xAI (Grok), ByteDance (Seedance), Kling (Kuaishou), and LTX (Lightricks), among other fal.ai-hosted processing tools. Model branding does not necessarily mean every input is sent directly to the model developer: fal.ai may host a model or use a partner API. Applicable fal.ai and model-provider terms govern that processing. We do not represent all of these endpoints as one recipient with identical retention practices.

Avatar chat - OpenRouter and routed model providers

Chat requests pass through our Google Firebase backend to OpenRouter, Inc.and the model provider used for the request. The request can include your new message, avatar name, handle, biography and persona, recent conversation history, and excerpts of older messages used for continuity. These inputs are used to produce an avatar response. Personal information you include in these fields is part of the shared content.

Content-safety checks - OpenRouter and routed model providers

Before certain generation requests, OpenRouter receives the prompt, feature context, and input image URLs or references when supplied. A receiving vision model may retrieve and inspect a remotely accessible image to evaluate the request for prohibited content. Photos and face-containing image references can therefore be sent to OpenRouter for moderation. This processing is separate from sending media to fal.ai for generation.

Existing App integrations use OpenRouter's automatic free-model routing, so the downstream model provider can vary between requests. OpenRouter is an intermediary, not necessarily the sole processor. Its provider policies describe differences in logging, retention, and model-training use. We do not claim that every routed provider has zero retention or that automatic routing identifies a single fixed downstream recipient.

3. Photos, faces, and voices

Photos and media may identify you or another person through a face, voice, background, or other visible or audible details. We use selected inputs for the requested creative feature and related safety checks, not to identify or authenticate you using facial recognition. Moji AI does not operate an on-device facial-recognition identity database.

Generation, face-preserving editing, and motion features can analyze facial appearance, pose, or other characteristics to produce an output. A statement that we do not use facial recognition for login does not mean a third-party model performs no facial analysis. Provider handling of these inputs is subject to the applicable feature and provider terms.

Selected inputs may be uploaded to fal.ai storage and/or Google Firebase Storage so that the requested processing can access them. Hosted file URLs may allow someone who possesses the URL to retrieve a file. Do not publish input or output links unless you intend to share the content. Files and generated content are not guaranteed to be immediately removed from a provider's systems when you remove an item from your App library.

Third-party AI processing is optional. You can choose not to send a chat message, start generation, upload media, or select a saved asset for processing. Features that need those inputs cannot provide an AI result without the corresponding processing; you can use available non-AI account and library controls without starting a new AI request.

Where the App presents an AI-sharing permission dialog, review the named recipients, data, and purpose before choosing to agree. Declining is not consent. Opening this policy, granting photo access, or selecting a file is not consent to additional AI-sharing purposes. A prior photo-only agreement naming fal.ai does not authorize additional OpenRouter chat or photo-moderation sharing.

Version notice: Older App versions may contain only the photo-upload disclosure and may not provide a separate permission control for every AI flow described here. This website update does not add controls to an installed App. If your version does not offer the relevant permission choice, do not use that AI feature if you do not want its content shared. Updating this policy does not retroactively obtain your permission.

You can stop future submissions at any time. Contact info@mojiai.io to withdraw permission or request deletion and assistance with previously submitted content. Withdrawal cannot undo processing that has already occurred. Device photo/camera permissions can also be revoked in iOS Settings; that alone does not delete previously uploaded files or prevent a saved asset from being submitted again.

5. Other uses and service providers

We also use information to operate accounts, manage credits and purchases, keep services secure, troubleshoot problems, provide support, and meet legal obligations.

  • Google Firebase / Google Cloud: Authentication, backend functions, database, file storage, and application diagnostics. These services process account identifiers and the content or records stored or transmitted through them. Google Privacy Policy.
  • RevenueCat: Subscription and entitlement management, including app user identifiers and purchase status. RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
  • Apple: App distribution, in-app purchase and payment processing. Apple Privacy Policy.
  • Klaviyo: Customer communications and associated account or app-event information when used for service messages or marketing. You can unsubscribe from promotional email. Klaviyo Privacy Notice.
  • Telegram, if you connect a bot: Bot identifiers, messages, and conversation information are processed through Telegram and the connected AI conversation service to operate that optional integration. Telegram Privacy Policy.

We may disclose information when legally required, to address fraud or safety incidents, or in a corporate transaction subject to applicable privacy obligations. Content you intentionally publish or share can also be seen by its recipients.

6. Retention, deletion, and third-party protections

Account records, saved media, generated content, and conversation records can remain in our application systems while needed to provide your account and saved features. You can use available library deletion and account-deletion controls or contact support to request removal. Some security, transaction, legal, or backup records may be retained where necessary. We do not promise that deleting an account instantly erases every copy across all providers and backups.

AI providers can retain inputs, outputs, request metadata, or safety logs according to their terms and the endpoint or account configuration. The public policy from fal.ai does not establish a universal promise to delete every input immediately after generation. OpenRouter states that it does not use inputs or outputs for its own model training, but training and retention policies at downstream providers can differ. We therefore do not make a blanket zero-retention or no-training guarantee for all AI requests.

Transfers to our application backend and AI API endpoints use HTTPS. Provider contracts, security controls, and applicable privacy laws govern third-party processing; the linked provider notices explain their protections and limitations. A link to a provider privacy policy alone is not a guarantee that every optional model has identical protections. Contact us about a specific feature or deletion request, and do not submit sensitive content if the described processing or retention is unacceptable to you. No internet service can promise absolute security.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information, and to withdraw consent. Contact us using the address below. We may need to verify account ownership to protect your data. Uninstalling the App does not itself delete your account or cloud content.

8. Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us so we can investigate and address it.

9. Changes to this policy

We update the date above when this policy changes and provide additional notice when required. Policy changes do not replace any explicit permission required before new AI-sharing purposes or recipients are introduced.
