This Privacy Policy describes how ABC Shuttle Corporation ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Moji AI – AI Influencer Pro mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Account information: Email address and display name when you create an account.
  • User-uploaded photos: Photos you choose to upload from your device's photo library for AI content generation. See Section 3 for full details on face data handling.
  • Usage data: App usage patterns, feature interactions, and crash reports to improve the App.
  • Payment information: Subscription and purchase information managed by Apple (we do not store payment card details).

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
  • To process AI image and content generation requests you initiate.
  • To manage your account, subscription, and credit balance.
  • To send service-related communications (e.g., account updates).
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Face Data & Biometric Information

Moji AI allows you to optionally upload photos of yourself (selfies or portrait images) to generate AI-created influencer-style content. This section explains exactly how that data is handled.

What we collect

Only photos you explicitly select from your device's photo library. The App does not access your camera directly, does not perform on-device facial recognition, and does not collect biometric identifiers.

How we use it

Uploaded photos are used solely to generate AI images based on your explicit request. Results are displayed to you within the App. Your photos are never used for identification, authentication, advertising targeting, or any purpose other than the content generation you initiate.

Third-party sharing

To generate AI images, your uploaded photo is transmitted over HTTPS to fal.ai (fal.ai), a third-party AI image generation service. fal.ai processes the image server-side to produce the AI-generated output and does not retain your photo beyond the processing request, per their API terms of service. No other personal data (name, email, location, etc.) is included in this transmission.

AI text and chat features use OpenRouter (openrouter.ai). No photos or face data are sent to OpenRouter.

Retention

Your uploaded photos and generated content are stored in Firebase Storage (Google) linked to your authenticated account. You can delete your content at any time from within the App. We do not retain your face data beyond your active use of your content library. If you delete your account, all associated data including uploaded photos is permanently deleted.

Your consent

Photo uploads are always user-initiated. You must actively select a photo and tap a generate button. Before your first upload, the App presents a clear disclosure that your photo will be sent to a third-party AI service for processing. You may decline and use other App features without uploading any photos.

4. Data Storage & Security

User data is stored using Firebase (Google Cloud) with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

  • Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, and file storage
  • RevenueCat: Subscription management
  • fal.ai: AI image generation (receives user-uploaded photos)
  • OpenRouter: AI text generation
  • Apple App Store: Payment processing

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Delete your uploaded photos and generated content at any time within the App
  • Delete your account, which permanently removes all associated data

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
