Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ThinkForce platform, websites, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Thinkforce LLC ("ThinkForce", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ThinkForce is a multi-agent orchestration platform. You configure AI agents that plan and carry out tasks ("missions") on your behalf across web, mobile, Slack, and Telegram. Depending on the tools you enable, agents may browse the web, run code in isolated sandboxes, generate text, images, audio, video, and 3D assets, and — at your direction — take actions on third-party accounts you connect (for example, posting to a social network). The Service may evolve, and we may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it current.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by agents you configure.
Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right, or infringe intellectual property.
Generate or distribute malware, spam, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative content.
Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the security, rate limits, or access controls of the Service.
Use agents to scrape, access, or interact with third-party systems in violation of their terms or applicable law.
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.

When you direct agents to act on connected platforms (such as TikTok, X, Instagram, Slack, or Telegram), you must comply with those platforms' own terms and policies. You are solely responsible for content your agents create, publish, or send.

4. Your Content & Connected Accounts

You retain ownership of the content, data, prompts, and files you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant ThinkForce a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely as necessary to operate and improve the Service and to perform the tasks you request.

When you connect a third-party account (via OAuth or by storing credentials in the encrypted credentials vault), you authorize ThinkForce and your agents to access and act on that account on your behalf to perform the actions you initiate. You may disconnect an account at any time.

5. Third-Party Services & Bring-Your-Own-Key

The Service relies on and integrates with third-party providers, including AI model providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google), media-generation providers, payment processors, and the social and messaging platforms you connect. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective provider's terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their availability or behavior may change.

If you supply your own API keys or OAuth tokens ("BYOK"), you are responsible for complying with the applicable provider's terms and for any usage or charges incurred under your keys.

6. Credits, Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features consume credits or require a paid subscription. Agent runs, model inference, and media generation draw down your credit balance.
Payments are processed by third-party providers (for example, Stripe or Apple). We do not store full payment-card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Except where required by law, payments and consumed credits are non-refundable.
We may change pricing on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by ThinkForce and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of the Service except as expressly permitted.

8. AI-Generated Output

Output produced by AI agents is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise unsuitable for your purpose. It does not constitute professional, legal, financial, medical, or other advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it, publishing it, or acting on it. You bear responsibility for actions agents take at your direction.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THINKFORCE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThinkForce and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, your connected accounts, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Thinkforce LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
